Katelann Grealy - Katelann Maree Music 4 Track Ep Production
In early April 2024, lifelong Western Downs resident and country music artist Katelann Maree Grealy began recording a series of original songs that reflect her personal journey and deep connection to regional Queensland.
Funding from the Regional Arts Development Fund Program supported the creation of a professionally recorded 4-track EP, including the single Australia My Home, which celebrates the beauty, culture, and spirit of life in rural Australia. The project also included videography, CD production, and a community launch event featuring a live performance and a children’s workshop.
The project was inspiring for young people in the region, giving them a chance to experience the magic of music-making and live performance. Her collaboration with local sponsors and the Dulacca P&C ensured the launch event was both impactful and community driven.
We proudly acknowledge Katelann's dedication, creativity, and contribution to the arts. Her commitment to sharing stories through song and uplifting her community is a testament to the power of regional voices in shaping Australia’s cultural identity.
