Auction Notice - Sale of Land for Overdue Rates 2025

In accordance with Section 142 of the Local Government Regulation 2012, the Western Downs Regional Council hereby gives notice that unless all overdue rates and charges are paid, together with any costs incurred in the sale procedures on the property listed in the schedule below, such property will be sold by public auction.

Council wishes to advise that region-wide crack sealing works will be undertaken in the following areas.

Chinchilla
Condamine
Dalby
Jandowae
Tara
Wandoan
Dalby CBD (night works)
Chinchilla CBD (night works)

Conservation water restrictions in Tara

On Display Indefinitely

Please be advised that as of midnight on Friday 10 October, Tara will move to 'Conservation' water restrictions.

Sprinklers are prohibited and residents should aim to reduce water consumption to under 300L per person per day.
