What is SmartyFile?
SmartyFile is a free online platform created by Our Community, the same organisation behind SmartyGrants. It is a collaboration tool designed to support grant‑seeking organisations. It provides a central hub for managing your organisation’s grants and related information.
Why should I consider using SmartyFile?
SmartyFile offers many features than can support organisations with managing their grant submissions:
- Work collaboratively on submissions with team members through assignable user roles (e.g. author, contributor)
- Enable multi-factor authentication for improved grant application security
- Automatically pre‑fill organisational details when applying to any funder that utilises SmartyGrants
- Store your organisation’s key documents and data in one central location
