New operating partner for Western Downs aquatic centres

Belgravia Leisure has been appointed as the new operating partner for Western Downs Regional Council's six aquatic centre facilities in Dalby, Chinchilla, Jandowae, Miles, Tara and Wandoan following a public tender process.

2024 Customer Contact Centre Hours

On Display Indefinitely

Council wishes to advise that on the second Tuesday of every month commencing Tuesday 12th of March, the Customer Contact Centre will be closing slightly earlier at 3pm. This includes the phone team and Dalby, Chinchilla & Tara Customer Service Centre front counter operations.

Show Holiday Pool Closures

On Display Indefinitely

Council wishes to advise that Aquatic and Swimming Pool Centres will be closed for the Tara (8 March), Jandowae (22 March), and Wandoan (5 April) show holiday dates.

Chinchilla Water Park Closure

On Display Indefinitely

The Chinchilla Botanic Parkland water play area is closed due to the voltage regulator short circuiting the controls of the water park pump.

Council staff are working to get the maintenance of the water play area completed as quickly as possible, and a revised reopening date will be communicated once known.
