Detailed design for the new Chinchilla Aquatic Precinct is now at 30 per cent complete and includes an eight lane 50-metre pool, 25-metre indoor lap pool, and indoor learn-to-swim and toddler pool.

Council Christmas and New Years Closures 2025/26

Council would like to advise of facility closure times for this holiday season. The closures will include Customer Service Centres, Libraries, Aquatic Centres and Waste Facilties. For urgent Council matters during this time, please call 1300 COUNCIL (1300 268 624)

Urgent Community Meeting for Bell Residents

We are currently experiencing unusually high water usage from the Bell water supply.

Council will hold an urgent community meeting on Wednesday 17 December at 5.30 pm at the Bell Bunya Community Centre to address the issues and seek community assistance.

Conserve Water - Bell

On Display Indefinitely

Council wishes to advise Bell residents that water levels have now eased to the point Council can maintain water supply.

Residents are asked to be mindful that conservation level water restrictions are still in place for the Bell region.
