Due to recent rainfall and localised flooding, Waste Collection Services in parts of the region have been impacted. These are updates as of Thursday 12 March 2026:
- Waste Collection Services are running normally today.
- Kerbside bins in Dulacca, Drillham, Miles (East), and Condamine will be collected today (Thursday 12 March).
- Kerbside bins in Miles (West) and Wandoan will be collected tomorrow (Friday 13 March).
- Some flooded streets in Chinchilla have not been serviced, these will be collected next week.
Council thanks you for your patience while we work to make sure all waste is serviced in Chinchilla.
Residents in these areas are asked to please leave their bins out.
