Annual Local Law Permits and Food Licence renewals will be issued starting 1 September 2025, with a due date of 31 October 2025.
What You Need to Know:
- Renewal forms will be sent to current permit and licence holders.
- Where applicable, invoices will be included with the renewal documentation.
- Permit holders must return the signed renewal form, including any updates, along with payment to info@wdrc.qld.gov.au by 31 October 2025.
Important for Food Licence Holders: Under the Food Act, it is a legal requirement to hold a current Food Licence to operate. Failure to return your renewal form by the due date may result in additional fees or penalties.
