Notice of Intention to Sell Land for Overdue Rates or Charges 2026

On Display Indefinitely

On 21 May 2026 Western Downs Regional Council resolved to sell the land described below because overdue rates or charges have remained unpaid.
This is a summary of a notice of intention to sell land issued pursuant to section 140 of the Local Government Regulation 2012.

Diplock Park Skate Park Temporary Closure

On display until 14 August 2026

The skate park at Diplock Park will be closed temporarily from Monday 13 July to allow for essential maintenance identified through an independent safety inspection. These works are anticipated to take up to four weeks to complete, weather permitting.

Thomas Jack Park Closure – Dalby

On Display Indefinitely

Western Downs Regional Council advises that Thomas Jack Park is now temporarily closed to allow for construction works as part of the precinct revitalisation and the new Dalby Cultural Centre.
