Western Downs Regional Council is inviting offers to enter into a Permit to Occupy for Agistment for:
Reference No: RFP000020 PERMIT TO OCCUPY LOT 4 SP127085, KENT'S ROAD, JIMBOUR EAST - AGISTMENT
The agistment area is approximately 41.91 hectares and suitable for a maximum of 15 head of cattle for a period of two years. Bull and stallion over 12 months of age are prohibited on this site under Local Law No.2 (Animal Management).
Permittee is responsible for sourcing and supplying their own water. Any water obtained under a water licence will be an additional cost to the permittee.

Submissions must be received by 5pm on Monday 3 August 2026. Submissions received after the closing time may be deemed invalid. The subject line must clearly state "RFP000020 Permit to Occupy Lot 4 SP127085, Kent's Road, Jimbour East".
Council reserves the right to accept any submission in whole or part and the right to not accept the highest or any submission.
