Council wishes to advise the community of upcoming changes to the management of Council's customer services in Miles. Commencing Monday 18 March 2024, all customer enquiries will be managed from Dogwood Crossing at 81 Murilla Street, rather than from the existing Council Office at 29 Dawson Street.
A dedicated Customer Service representative will be available at Dogwood Crossing @ Miles to handle all your transactions and respond to all Council enquiries. This change also allows for Dogwood Crossing and its affiliated Council facilities to remain open through the day thereby expanding Council services to the Miles community (previously the facility was closed to the public from 12:30pm to 1:30pm on weekdays).
Should Miles residents need to speak to someone from Council face-to-face, they are encouraged to visit the Dogwood Crossing front counter and our friendly team will be able to assist. Alternatively, residents are reminded they can always phone 1300 268 624 or utilise the web chat function via www.wdrc.qld.gov.au for all Council needs.
