Council wishes to advise that a load limit is being applied to the concrete culvert over Wallan Creek on Wallan Creek Road, Dulacca.
Defects were identified during routine maintenance inspections, and a specialist engineer has recommended that the structure be monitored over a 12-month period.
The structure will have a load limit of 42.5T, and any vehicles with a GVM exceeding 42.5T will be required to detour via Trasks Lane, Coates Road, and Devoncourt Road, per the map below. Council will be monitoring the site regularly over coming months and aims to restore unrestricted access as soon as possible.
