Western Downs Regional Council Customer Service Centre locations and hours of operation.

To get in contact with our Customer Service Centres, please phone our Customer Contact Centre on 1300 COUNCIL (1300 268 624).

On the second Tuesday of each month, our Customer Contact Centre and Customer Service Centres in Chinchilla, Dalby and Tara will close at 3pm for training and development.  Our after hours emergency phone line (1300 268 624) will be available during this time.
