Regional Artists’ Exhibition Masterclass: The Artist’s Journey

Using this year's Western Downs Regional Artists' Exhibition as a template, artist and arts educator Dr Margaret Power guides participants on the Artist's journey to submit a piece to an art competition - from 'call out' to completed work!

• Explore the roles of curator, artist, and viewer in an exhibition
• Make exhibition themes work for you
• Get down to the nuts and bolts of planning and creating
• Enjoy hands on activities to stimulate ideas
• Be inspired and energised! 

Artists are invited to bring along two pieces of their work to create a pop exhibition with fellow participants as part of the day's activities.
