Vendors who are already engaged by Council via Panel Arrangementsdo not need to submit a Tender. Please review emails and other documentation transmitted by Council in regards to the renewal of your contract for the 2026-2031 period.

Additionally, Council may invite tenderers to change their submissions in accordance with the provision of Section 228 (7) of the Local Government Regulations 2012.
