Existing Panel Arrangements

Vendors who are already engaged by Council via Panel Arrangements do not need to submit a Tender. Please review emails and other documentation transmitted by Council in regards to the renewal of your contract for the 2026-2031 period.

Important Information

Submissions received after the closing time may be deemed invalid. Additionally, Council may invite tenderers to change their submissions in accordance with the provision of Section 228 (7) of the Local Government Regulations 2012. Council reserves the right to accept any submission in whole or part and the right not to accept the highest or any submission.
