  • SummaryCouncil owns and operates a General Waste Landfill. To ensure the ongoing capacity of the landfill, Council seeks to engage a suitably experienced and capable contractor to construct the new Cell 1C, including its composite liner and leachate collection system. Contructed Cell IB is nearing capacity, so it is Council's expectation that Cell 1C will be ready to receive waste as soon as possible.
