Promote Your Event
Western Downs Regional Council is committed to supporting our community groups and organisations to run exciting events and initiatives in our region. Non-profit community groups and organisations can apply for promotional assistance through a number of Council platforms:
To apply to have your event promoted please complete the webform below a minimum of 4 weeks prior to the event date. Promotion of community events is subject to terms and conditions(PDF, 68KB) and will be displayed at the discretion of Council.
Please be aware that if your event date does not fall within the 4-week notice requirement for billboard artwork creation and scheduling, we cannot guarantee your event will display.
