UPDATE! Pro BMX rider and local skate hero, Josh Fountain from Chi-Rho SkatePark Ministry met with Cr Tillman and Cr Maguire to check out the demolition progress of the Dalby Diplock Skate Park. Watching on as it turned to rubble, they're all pretty keen to see what next month brings with fresh new concrete. Can't wait to see the community shredding it up alongside Josh in a few months time! ~ WDRC Comms Team #watchthisspace

Did you know there are multiple payment options available when it comes to paying your rates and water bills? These include Direct Debit, BPay, Postbillpay, BPayView, Centrepay and cash/cheque payments. Council encourages residents to make regular payments in order to work towards having a nil balance when receiving your notices. If you'd like to know more, head to www.wdrc.qld.gov.au/online-payments-and-forms/make-a-payment/ or call 1300 COUNCIL. ~ Revenue Team

We're putting our support behind Cr Ray Brown's decision to run for Local Government Association of Queensland (LGAQ) President! "On behalf of the Councillors and the whole organisation here at Council, we fully support Cr Brown's decision to run for the LGAQ Presidency. With over 26 years' experience in Local Government combined with the dedication he's shown to LGAQ and the Western Downs, Ray is certainly well positioned to take on this fantastic opportunity" – Mayor Paul McVeigh. #goodluckCrBrown! ~ WDRC Comms Team
