Make a Payment HomeOnline Payments and FormsMake a Payment There are a number of ways to make payments of your Council notices. eServices Council’s eServices portal offers the convenience to make online payments at anytime. The portal can be used to pay: rates billing; water billing; sundry debtor invoices; animal registration renewal and infringements. Direct Debit/Periodic Payments Council has the option for ratepayers to make weekly or fortnightly payments using direct debit. In choosing this option, the ratepayer elects to nominate an amount and frequency of payments.The ratepayer also accepts responsibility to provide sufficient payment to satisfy the amount due on or before the due date, and/or to provide additional payment using another payment method to satisfy the balance of the account, if one remains.Complete the Direct Debit Application Form (or phone 1300 COUNCIL for a copy) and return by: Mail to WDRC Direct Debit, PO BOX 551, Dalby Q 4405 Fax 07 4679 FAXWDRC (1300 329 937) Email info@wdrc.qld.gov.au Your direct debit application must be received at least seven days before the next due date. The direct debit option is not available for credit card accounts. Download the Direct Debit Application Form Postbillpay – Rates, Water, and Gas Visit the Australia Post website to Postbillpay online, or phone 13 18 16 (from anywhere in Australia), or visit your nearest Australia Post outlet to pay in person. Please note the biller code and reference number are located on the bottom of your notice. BPayView Receive and store your notices through your financial institution’s online banking. Pay bills in seconds from your mobile, desktop or phone banking and the payment details are automatically populated directly from the notice. You can even schedule bills to be paid down the track and get reminded when the notice is due. In Person Payments can be made at any Western Downs Regional Council Customer Service Centre.
