Charlotte’s Web

Oink oink! Do you hear that? It’s the sound of Charlotte’s Web coming to the Western Downs!

The funny and touching fable tells the story of the hero Wilbur the Pig and his relationships and triumphs meeting his friends Charlotte the spider, Fern the farmer’s daughter, and farmyard characters Templeton the Rat, Sheep, Goose and Gander.

Western Downs Regional Council in partnership with RAVA Productions are bringing the stage production of the much loved classic tale of Charlotte’s Web to the Western Downs, set to delight families this September school holidays.

The stage production of Charlotte’s Web is sure to capture young hearts and inspire imagination, with the enchanting story carrying timely messages about valuing friendship, loyalty, accepting differences, and living a full life.

Three family passes to the Western Downs Cinemas are up for grabs as prizes for the Charlotte’s Web Colouring-In Competition, which will be running until 5pm Monday 30 September. Stop by any of our Western Downs Libraries branches or any Charlotte’s Web event to enter for your chance to win!

Council would like all residents to join in on the free activities.
