TOOLBOX Council Knowledge Network

Toolbox is an online knowledge network, created from a community need across the south-east corner of Queensland, for greater public access to Council knowledge and information. Local governments combined resources to create a singular, informative website that aims to address the large variety of legislation that forms the discipline of Environmental Health.

Some of the Environmental Health topics covered within Toolbox include:

  • Food – cafes, market stalls, water carriers, footpath dining, food training
  • Pollution – air, noise, water
  • Public Health – pests, rats, asbestos, immunisations, rain water tanks
  • Tourism and Accommodation
  • Environment
  • Beauty, Hairdressing and Tattooing
  • Events Management
  • Waste and Litter
  • Pets and Animals
