Council wishes to advise residents that Western Downs water standpipe keys will transition to AvData prepaid keys only as of 30 May 2023. This will allow residents to access standpipe water in line with the amount of credit available on their prepaid key.
Prepaid keys are now available to collect from your nearest Council Customer Service Centre and can be used at all standpipes from 1 February 2023.
