The auction will be held on Friday, 3 November 2023 commencing at 10:00 am at Western Downs Regional Council Corporate Office, 30 Marble Street, Dalby.
Interested parties may conduct a 'curb side inspection' only, as access to the properties is restricted.
10% of the purchase price is required to be paid by cash, credit card, EFT or bank cheque on the day of the Auction.
Completion of the contract is to be effected on or before 4 December 2023.
All intending bidders must register on the day of the auction between 9:00 am and 10:00 am.
Third Party or Phone Bidders are required to be registered by 4pm on Thursday 2 November 2023.
Properties where the arrears, legal and advertising costs have been paid in full prior to the auction will be removed from the auction.
