Bell Water Supply

Council wishes to advise of a mechanical failure that has impacted the Bell surface water supply filtration system.

Due to this failure, Council has temporarily switched to the bore supply.

Council has advised government agencies and repairs are underway. It is anticipated the change in supply will be in place for some time as works are completed. 

While residents may notice a change in the characteristics of the water, the supply is still entirely safe and meets all relevant water quality standards.
