Staff from the Gambling Community Benefit Fund (the Fund) will present information about the Fund which gives out more than $60 million a year in grants to not-for-profit community groups to provide services, leisure activities and opportunities to local communities. A thorough project plan can make all the difference between a successful and unsuccessful funding application.   With many funders now wanting to know the outcomes (or impact) of your project or event, understanding what outcomes are, how to determine your outcomes and how to measure them, will be important for any future grant submissions you write.  In this two hour session, you will discover the art of writing a project plan to support your funding submission and how to develop your outcome statements.
