Direct Debit

This method allows Council to debit your bank/credit union/building society account using one of the following options:

  • weekly
  • fortnightly, or
  • once off

To receive an application form for Direct Debit, phone the Revenue Section on 1300 268 624.

 

Postbillpay - Rates, Water & Gas

Postbillpay on the Internet allows you to pay your bills 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from the convenience of any computer connected to the Internet.
Postbillpay on the Internet can save you time as you do not need to visit a retail outlet. Postbillpay on the Internet allows you to make bill payments using your credit card or scheme debit card.
The Biller Code and Reference Number are located on the bottom of your Notice.

Postbillpay by phone
Simply call 13 18 16, from anywhere in Australia, at anytime, to pay your bills.
Postbillpay by phone  allows you to pay your bills 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from the convenience of your home, workplace or even from a mobile phone.
The Biller Code and Reference Number are located on the bottom of your Notice.

Postbillpay in person
To pay your bills in person, simply visit one of our conveniently located Australia Post outlets and present your bills over-the-counter, with your chosen method of payment.

Please contact your participating Bank, Credit Union or Building Society to make payment from your Cheque or Savings Account, or by MasterCard or Visa.
The Biller Code and Reference Number are located on the bottom of your Notice.


In Person

Payments can be made at any Western Downs Regional Council Customer Service Centre.
