Subscribe now… Direct Debit/Periodic Payments Council has the option for ratepayers to make weekly or fortnightly payments using direct debit. The direct debit option is not available for credit card accounts. BPayView Receive and store your notices through your financial institution’s online banking. To pay your bills in person, simply visit one of our conveniently located Australia Post outlets and present your bills over-the-counter, with your chosen method of payment. Please contact your participating Bank, Credit Union or Building Society to make payment from your cheque or savings account, or by MasterCard or Visa.
