Food Handlers Course

Council is providing a free ‘basic’ Food Handlers Course to all food staff working in our region’s food premises, or providing food as part of a charity organisation or fund raising event.

Topics will include legislation, personal and premise hygiene, food-borne illness, and food storage and handling.

  • RSVP to your preferred location 7 days prior to the course
  • Confirmation of your place will be provided over the phone prior to each session
  • A minimum of 10 attendees are required for the session to go ahead
